Bimbo Bakeries USA is a multi-national baked goods conglomerate. Their Tia Rosa brand, a Mexican food product line, released a new flour gordita called the "Gortia". To introduce "Gortias" into the marketplace, promote the Tia Rosa brand's ethnic authenticity and gather real-life consumer feedback during product launch, MME employed a “hub and spokes” strategy that canvassed local markets with one 42-ft Tia Rosa Tortilleria Mobile and multiple in-store Mobile Kitchen kiosks.
